美国Amazon注册及分类审核

从毕业接触到的都是独立B2C站点,对外贸电商平台了解得不多,由于去年年底公司业绩不好,年底辞退了部分员工,很庆幸我被公司留了下来,但由于俄语项目停止运营,我由俄语组组长被调到了Amazon平台组,因为之前一直做独立站优化推广,所以过来负责Amazon平台优化推广,就这样开始了Amazon平台的学习研究。
刚过来什么都不懂,没办法找以前在深圳做Amazon同事,向他要了一个可以学习的论坛(索诺环球),花了6块买了一个注册邀请码,通过这个论坛和日常操作结合进步很快,非常感谢明哥提供的论坛!Amazon后台比较简单,是属于傻瓜式的,基本上只要讲一遍就会了,而且后台可操作的地方也比较少,能优化的地方只有标题、描述、产品要点、搜索关键词。这四个当中能操作只有标题和搜索关键词,描述和产品要点需要对产品很了解才能做得更好,标题还得按照Amazon给定的格式和规则来写,父级字符数只有80个,品牌加性别剩下的已经不多了,所以能从基础发挥的空间有限,但账号又是新账号,没什么权重积累,所以做起来效果很难看到,站内广告也是如此(这个与Amazon重心有关,轻广告重FBA),自然做得就不怎么顺心,且很难看到爆发的希望。但既然都来了,那怎么也得学到更多东西,不能只停留在优化推广上,逛了快一个月论坛,开始尝试注册个人专业版账号,所以Amazon平台从注册⇒账户Suspended⇒Review 5点认证⇒Active⇒服装类别成功审核通过⇒购买GS1认证UPC⇒表格批量上架产品⇒表格批量修改运费⇒站内促销活动设置⇒处理订单⇒发货等,整个操作流程自己都尝试了一遍(FBA一直还没有尝试),在接下来的内容中,我会分享自己的整个过程。
首先从Amazon平台注册账号说起,那时自己刚开始接触,论坛看到最多的就是账号申请失败了或很长时间收不到Amazon通知,分类审核就是更难了。但不尝试就不能说自己对Amazon平台很熟悉,自己也没有打算在公司Amazon平台待很长时间,所以我需要尝试且必须尝试。
注册Amazon美国站点前期准备工作:1›. 一张双币信用卡,推荐使用VISA,其他币种容易失败(我使用的就是工行VISA信用卡)。2›.电脑+宽带+手机/固话。3›.一个邮箱账号(推荐使用国际通用邮箱Yahoo、Hotmail、Gmail,我使用的是Gmail邮箱)
注:信用卡是用来注册Amazon账号,用于Amazon扣除平台月租,并不可以用来收款的。手机/固话用于注册验证。邮箱用来接收Amazon所有通知,包括账户状态,出单信息,客户留言等。
注册Amazon美国站点步骤:

我注册的时候没有记录这些步骤,以上图片是我当时参考注册的,填写W8-BEN表格是在注册的时候完成的,不是上图先注册,注册好了在登陆填写W8-BEN表格,还有我当时注册填写W8-BEN表格有更新,和上面这个很多地方不一样,但还是能对以上图片来填写。
账户注册好后账户的状态是Suspended,Amazon会发通知到账户中心和注册时使用的邮箱,需要提交Review 5点认证,认证通过了账户状态就变成Active,这时如果出售的产品是不需要分类审核的,就可以直接上架销售了;如果出售的产品需要分类审核,接下来就需要到对应的类目申请该分类的销售权限。
Review 5点认证:
1.Current retail or online sales channels including links to selling pages.
你是零售还是网上销售,网上销售提供链接即可(最好提供独立B2C站点,但一定要确保你提供的网站里面没有侵权产品)。
2.Your business name and a detailed explanation of your business including your source(s) of inventory.
你是打算如何在Amazon上来出售你的商品的,包括货源、库存、运输情况等。
3.If you intend to sell internationally recognized branded products – please submit proof of authenticity or distribution authorization.
你的产品是否有品牌(一般都是美国或国际品牌),如果有还需要提供品牌文件证明,没有品牌回答没有,并说明自己不会出售任何与国际品牌有关的产品。
4.If you intend to sell products that have a safety component, including any toys or electrical devices – please submit any relevant safety testing certification that you may have (e.g., Underwriter Laboratories, CE Marking, etc.).
你的产品是否玩具/电子类等存在安全问题,如果是需要提供安全检测证明,没有回答不存在安全问题。
5.Please upload offers to the ASINs that you plan offer against. / Please list the products that you plan to offer on your account.
用表格编辑好要上架的产品,并上传到Amazon即可(初次提交会报错,因为没有销售权限和分类权限,但没有关系)。

First of all, we are confident on our products which is among the topest on the world in terms of materials, designs, protection, etc.
Secondly, we would use DHL Express which one of the best shipment courier in Hong Kong, for shipping our products worldwide, in order to achieve FAST and SAFE transportation.
Besides, we are planning to study and use the FBA in near future, in order to further improve our online sales service and thus boost our sales.
Furthermore, we have well trained QC and packaging colleagues, to ensure all the products meet the highest standards before shipping to our customers.
For your reference, after successfully reviewing our account, we plan to list 500 SKU products on Amazon on the first month.
We are confident to become one of the best sellers on Amazon in the not late future.

回答完这些问题就静静的等待Amazon给你通知了,如果长时间没有通知,你也可以在后台开一个case询问Amazon工作人员。我当时刚注册收到这五个问题一直没有回复,怕自己一回复就被拒,就去论坛找答案和问一些Amazon群里的群主,两个星期后我才回答这五个问题,真的是比较幸运等了几天回答通过了,账户状态由Suspended变成Active了。接下来就是做销售商品对应的分类审核了,我申请的“Clothing & Accessories”分类审核。

Clothing & Accessories 分类审核要求
上图是服装类目的审核要求,做分类审核前最好了解各自分类审核的大致要求,目标是一次性通过各个分类审核。
分类审核过程要点:
1、提供一个独立B2C站点(SKU在200左右即可)
2、预计年收入选中上等
3、处理好5款产品的完整正面图纯白底,只有产品本身,其他装饰均要处理掉,尺寸787*1020,(一般都是图片问题比较多,我就来回了5次以上才解决了图片问题)
4、有问题要及时处理,因为很多都有时间限制(有的需要2天内必须提交验证等)
5、做分类审核时,如果没有品牌千万不要选有品牌,不然你会卡在这进行不下去了,会让你提供很多资料;如果是已经有了自己品牌的,在注册账号的时候尽量把相关的资料都提供给亚马逊,让他们帮你去做备案(只有你的美国或国际品牌在Amazon备案了,被跟买才可以成功投诉),不要等自己的Listing被别人跟卖之后才去搞这个事情就来不及了。
6、提前用表格编辑好40款产品(到了步骤Amazon会提供给你表格和分类审核表格要填哪些属性)
7、按步骤一步步走即可,最后一步是参加Amazon的视频培训会,然后就等通知好了。
